Attorney Christopher Marlowe and Paralegal Vickie Meacomes Featured Guest Speakers at FJA Orlando Seminar

Coral Gables, Florida (October 15, 2009) – Attorney Christopher Marlowe and Paralegal Vickie Meacomes were recently featured as guest speakers at a seminar sponsored by the Florida Justice Association. The 2009 Masters of Justice Civil Litigation for Paralegals and Legal Assistants covered a range of topics and provided valuable tips and shared techniques to help paralegals in their day to day activities.
Specifically, Marlowe and Meacomes spoke on the topic of Interacting with All of the Players in the Court: Clients, Fact Witnesses, Lay Witnesses, Expert Witnesses, Adverse/Hostile Witnesses, Bailiff, the Clerks, and the Judge. The two took the time to explain the attorney/paralegal roles and relationships when it comes to interacting with these various groups while at trial. The speech was extremely well received.
