Attorney Michael Haggard Serves as Guest Speaker at FJA Seminar

Coral Gables, FL (February 26, 2009) – Michael A. Haggard, partner of The Haggard Law Firm was a featured guest speaker at the Florida Justice Association's Jury Selection Seminar that took place at the Hilton at The Walt Disney World Resort. Haggard addressed trial lawyers from across Florida on "Handling, Litigating and Trying the Negligent Security Case."

Haggard, a resident of Coral Gables, practices law in the field of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Liquor Liability, and Negligent Security. Haggard served as Assistant Public Defender before turning to personal injury law. He is currently President Elect of the Florida Justice Association. He served in the Miami-Dade Justice Association and as a member of the American Association for Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is currently a member of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association among others. Haggard earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his law degree from the University of Miami.
