Michael Haggard Featured Presenter at 2013 FJA Annual Convention

St. Petersburg, FL - June 12, 2013 - Partner Michael Haggard was the first presenter at the Florida Justice Association's Annual Convention.  Haggard participated in the "Perfecting Your Competitive Edge: Advanced Trial Skills for Top Litigators Seminar" and spoke on the topic Theme of the Case - Jury Selection Through Closing Argument. Drawing from recent trial experiences, Haggard was able to demonstrate how the theme of the case can change by showing video clips from mock trials and depositions. 

The Florida Justice Association (FJA), formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL), is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers. Haggard has held many leadership positions with the organization and was President in 2009.
