Michael Haggard Featured Guest Speaker at FJA Workhorse Seminar

Orlando, FL - February 22, 2013 - Partner Michael Haggard was a featured guest speaker at the Florida Justice Association's Workhorse Seminar.  Drawing upon past experiences and his expertise handling complex negligent security cases, Haggard spoke on the topic “Bank Robbery – Real Examples of the Legendary Crimes Turned into a Negligent Security Case.”

The Florida Justice Associationis dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers. It passionately believes that all Floridians benefit when deserving individuals have a fair chance to seek justice in our state's courts and that Florida's consumers are made safer when large corporations and industries are held to a high ethical standard and accept fair responsibility for their actions.

Michael Haggard's expertise in personal injury, pool drownings and negligent security cases has resulted in his being a highly sought after speaker at conventions and meetings across the country.  Most recently he was a featured speaker for the National Crime Victim Bar Association where he spoke at a training institute focusing in Civil Justice for Victims of Crime in Florida.  He has also been a guest speaker at the National Drowning Prevention Alliance Symposium and the annual ASIS Conference addressing security professionals on how to prevent these incidents from occurring at commercial properties and ultimately deterring legal action.
